| We are dedicated to delivering your
floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual
time and date your order is delivered is affected by
the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery
or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether
the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies
explain the delivery options available to you and how
we process orders.
Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday
on floral orders received before 12:00 PM in the recipient's
time zone.
Sunday and
Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas
on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort
will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible,
items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday
may have to be delivered the day before or the day
after the date requested. (excluding Holidays and Sundays).
Otherwise next day delivery is available.
Delivery Areas
Flower Parade personally delivers to Grater Toronto
Area. We can also deliver flowers to anywhere in
the United States and Canada. We can also deliver
flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries across
the globe. We will be happy to accept your international
orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable
to accept international orders over the Internet.
Please note: A handling charge of $9.00
will be added to all items. For deliveries outside
our local delivery area this fee is $12.00.
For deliveries outside of our local
area, your order will be sent via FTD
network. Flowers ordered prior to 12:00pm in the recipient's
time zone are available for delivery the same day,
subject to local market conditions. If your order is
placed after 12:00pm, we will do everything possible
to have your flowers delivered that day if you request,
but unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery will take
place that day. In this event, your flower order will
be delivered the next morning (this may vary at the
holidays).
